Anton Alexander Palmer

Anton Alexander Palmer came to property and regulated care from financial services, and has worked across both for more than two decades.

After studying a BSc in Medical Biochemistry at the University of Birmingham, he spent four years as a high-net-worth financial adviser at Lloyds Bank, from 1998 to 2002, qualifying through the Chartered Insurance Institute before moving into property and care.

Since 2002 he has been Managing Director and Principal Investor of his property and care businesses, based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire and working across England and Scotland. The care operator he founded grew to more than twenty specialised properties supporting around one hundred people with high-acuity needs.

He has directed a strategic land programme in the Cotswolds since January 2026, with build-out scheduled to 2030. He is also acquiring a group of CQC-regulated care businesses.

Alongside the businesses he is a Chartered Manager Fellow with the Chartered Management Institute, holds a postgraduate certificate in Strategy, Leadership and Change from the University of Bristol, and is a Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors candidate on the executive accelerated pathway. His MSc in Major Programme Management at Oxford's Saïd Business School runs to 2028.
